Mandala

Mandala is not the name of the heroine of this book, it is an icon symbolizing, with its symmetrical appearance, the universe. The Mandala was known as a devotional religious symbol to later become a symbol of modern sciences, philosophy and the arts. In this novel, we could say that the Mandala was the lucky charm for the heroine Malika which accompanied her throughout her extraordinary cosmic journey. The reader can eventually be entertained by asking strange questions: would it be possible for me to live in the age of my grandchildren even if they haven’t yet come? Or live in the age of my ancestors if I weren’t born then?
