Hatem Aly is an Egyptian-born illustrator whose work has been featured on television and in multiple publications worldwide. He currently lives in New Brunswick, Canada, with his wife, son, and more pets than people. Some of the books he illustrated are: The Inquisitor's Tale (Written by: Adam Gidwitz), Taksheera (Words by: Naseeba Alozeibi), and The Giant Egg (by: Thuraya Khaled) Hatem has worked with a variety of publishers including Dutton Children's books(Penguin Young Readers), Scholastic, Rodale kids, Little Brown and Company, Stripes, Oxford university press, MTV world, Highlights magazine, Chirp magazine, Kalimat, HBKU Press, Rubicon publishing, Kadi & Ramadi,Academia, Asala, Hachette-Antoine, Dar Al Alam al Arabi, Majid magazine.
