Mohanned Thabet is a Syrian writer born in Damascus in 1938. He worked as an educator in an institute for the blind and worked as a Secretary Editor for Osama magazine. He has written poetry, short stories, children stories, and young adult novels as well as adult books. He has several printed children books, and wrote in many periodicals across the Arab world.
