Jim Shepard

Jim Shepard has four story collections: Like You'd Understand, Anyway winner of The Story Prize which also qualified as a finalist in the National Book Award. His stories were published various times in the Best American Short Stories and The Pen. His seventh novel The Book of Aron won the Pen/New England and the Clark Fiction Prize awards. Shepard currently lives with his wife and three children in Massachusetts, USA.
