Laia Carrera

Born in Barcelona (Catalonia) studied illustration at the Escola de la Dona of Barcelona as well as attended several seminars of renowned illustrators from her country. She works in different local magazines with press illustration and has won several contests with individual illustrations. She has designed different CD covers, self-edited some personal projects and worked with the Tragamanzanas publishing house with the album Stracciantela. Her illustrations assert the empowerment of women, the poetry of the simple things and the constant learning and personal growth in the life.
