Muriel Abichaker

Muriel began drawing at an early age and would often sketch in the margins of her textbooks. In 2003, she graduated from ALBA (Académie Libanaise des Beaux Arts) with a Master degree in Advertising. After working for two years in an Advertising agency in Beirut, she decided that illustration was her true calling. Currently living between Paris and Beirut, Muriel has worked for numerous European and Arab publishers. She's illustrated several children books, designed characters, logos and games. She hates the sound of thunder and okra recipes. She likes giving old furniture new life, and the purring of cats.
