Rania holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and educational permit from the American University of Beirut. She has extensive experience in the field of education.From 1996 until 2013, Rania ran a number of positions with Beirut Orthodox Schools including: a director post at a school, a preschool director, the manager of the Office of Training and Development, and Director of Special Education, the head of different departments in the school, and a primary grades teacher.Since 2010, she has been a trainer at the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Hagazian in Beirut .Since December 2013, Rania has been an educational consultant in the program
