A book gets bored sitting on the shelf so it budges and nudges till it falls off. All its words and letters scatter around the narrator’s house and make a big mess. Letters start to reposition themselves and interact with one another in strange manners. Some letter holds an umbrella as it sits on a cupboard, others remove their dots, some grumble about the chaos around and others crack up in enjoyment. The narrator finds that he needs to rearrange everything back to order and prevent his book from ever feeling bored again by reading it and passing it on to his friends daily. My Book Got Bored encourages children to not neglect books and pick them up from shelves to read and share knowledge amongst others.
